How do I post a video to forum?

I have a video that lets one listen to a particular noise i'm am trying to load onto the forum.
I have the video on my iPod phone.
Any help appreciated.

Not sure how the forum handles vids, never really tried it myself. If you cant make it work maybe upload to youtube and post a link?

if it's youtube, then put in square brackets, followed by youtube, then close the youtube id by a forward slash, then youtube...

See below, but swap the squigly brackets with square:
