I can only get the key out by rapidly cycling the lock/unlock button on the centre of the dash, while gently pulling on the key. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

could something have gotten stuck in there?
From what I've heard, if you lift the ashtray out... you can see there are slots for things to fall through!!
Maybe a very small amount of oil on the key and insert in the lock and see if that helps.

it's come good. I don't know what I did, but it's working fine now.Comment

good news. Still worth putting a tiny bit of oil on the key and turning off and on a few times..
